Cancellation and refund policy

1. What you are buying

PlugFlow plans are monthly subscriptions to an online service. Access is provisioned immediately after payment; nothing is shipped. The Free plan needs no payment method and can be used for as long as you like.

2. Cancelling

• Cancel at any time from Settings → Billing in your workspace. No notice period, no cancellation fee.
• Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace moves to the Free plan. Content above the Free limits is kept but not displayed, and automations above the Free limits are paused, until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted because you cancelled.
• Shopify merchants who subscribed through Shopify Billing cancel from Shopify, under Shopify's terms.

3. Refunds

• Monthly charges are not refunded pro-rata when you cancel part-way through a period, except where the law of your country requires it.
• We refund in full any duplicate charge, any charge made after a cancellation took effect, and any charge for a period during which the service was unavailable to you for more than 72 consecutive hours because of a fault on our side.
• If PlugFlow did not work as described for you within the first 7 days of your first paid period, write to us and we will refund that first payment.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. They are issued within 3 business days of approval and usually appear on your statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

4. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the workspace name and the payment date or Razorpay payment id. We answer within 2 business days.

5. Price changes

We give at least 30 days' notice by email before a price changes; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
