Questions, answered

Do I need a developer to embed a wall?
No. Copy the two-line snippet into any page, use the WordPress shortcode, or add the Shopify theme block. Page builders that accept an iframe work too.
Does the widget slow down my site?
The widget is a small script that loads asynchronously after your page renders and serves testimonials from a cached, CDN-backed endpoint.
Can I import reviews I already have?
Yes. Import a CSV from any tool, capture posts from X, LinkedIn, Product Hunt or Google with the Chrome extension, or add testimonials by hand.
How does consent work?
Every collection form includes a consent checkbox with text you control. We store the consent text, timestamp and IP so you can prove permission later, and you can anonymise an author in one click.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Razorpay: UPI, cards, net banking and wallets in INR, and international cards in USD. Tax invoices are generated automatically.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you downgrade.
