Getting started
Your first testimonial wall, live on your site.
Eight short steps from a new account to a wall on your website. It should take a few minutes once you have a testimonial to show.
Create your account
Create a free account (no card needed) or sign in. A workspace is created with your account.
Create a collection form
Open Forms, choose New form, give it a name and create it. Each form has a hosted link you can open from the form list and share with a customer or add to a thank-you email.
Collect or import one testimonial
Send the form link to a customer and wait for their answer, or use Testimonials to add one yourself (Add a testimonial) or import several from a CSV (Import). Having one testimonial is enough to see a wall.
Approve it
In Testimonials, approve the testimonial. Walls show approved testimonials only.
Create a wall
Open Walls, choose New wall, name it, pick a layout and create it. New walls are published by default. You can change the layout later.
Copy the embed snippet
Open the wall and find the Embed panel. The Script tab holds a short snippet that works on any website. If your page builder blocks scripts, use the iframe tab.
Paste it into your site
Paste the snippet into your page where the wall should appear: an HTML or custom-code block in your page builder, or your template. Save and publish the page.
Check that it is live
Open the page in a private window. Your approved testimonial should be showing. New approvals appear without changing the snippet. If it is empty, check that the testimonial is approved and the wall is published.
Optional: WordPress and Shopify
You do not need either to finish this guide: the snippet in step 6 works on WordPress and Shopify sites too. If you prefer a WordPress plugin, install Aplivara Automate & Engage from WordPress.org (Plugins → Add New) and activate it with your PlugFlow licence key. There is no Shopify App Store listing yet, so use the snippet in your theme.
